ENTOMOLOGY A branch of zoology pertaining to the study of insects with taxonomy, habitat and the necessities of organism survival; all as issues. The highlight of our presentation is a small course study into the culinary principals of insects (Entomophagy), while our guests witness gourmet cooking at its best! A hike through our backcountry allows everyone the opportunity to collect specimens. Though not true insects, spiders and scorpions are covered in this class. * Photos *
