GRAYSTONE RANCH'S REHABILITATION FACILITY

Community Outreach Programs

Graystone ranch is always concerned about other noble causes and is willing to assist whenever possible. Graystone Ranch touches the lives of over 500,000 people yearly, logs more than 150,000 education hours yearly and rescue over 3,000 animals yearly. There are many different programs the ranch offers.

Humane Society Assistant Program

One of our most successful programs is our Humane Society Assistant Program. Since our rehabilitation program does not include domestic dog and cats, we try and do our part. As our units travel up and down the east cost, we try to provide the local humane societies with assistance. After each arena show and through our entire stay in the petting barns, we collect donations in piggy banks. We call this "pass the piggy". At the end of our stay, all sealed banks are turn over to the local humane society.

"Pass the Piggy" for Columbia County Humane Society. Banks are full of money. Thank you Columbia County!

Christmas Parade Extravaganza

Graystone Ranch's "Christmas Parade Extravaganza" is one of our most favorite projects. As a Christian facility, we eagerly jump at the chance to spread GOD's message!!!! We love Christmas and look forward to the parades each year. THIS IS THE TIME, WE WORK FOR FREE! That's right, you call us and book any unit we offer, absolutely free! (we work on a first come first serve basis). We run our units all year in order to raise enough money to support this project, as we feel it is the most important event in history, next to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Easter Sunrise Service

"Easter Sunrise Service" is provided annually and is free to the public. We celebrate Jesus' resurrection with service on the Graystone Ranch Beach, while the pastor speaks from a floating dock, on one of our lakes. Enjoy the sun as it rises, the morning mist of the lake also rises, while ducks and geese casually swim past. The event reminds us of God's glory and His infinite hand on nature. The singing is Acapella and we rejoice at the top of our lungs. Afterward, we gather for a home cooked breakfast over an open campfire. Yes we still make it in time for morning worship at each of our home churches!.
