Graystone Ranch is a voluntary work
force. Our greatest
mission is education where animals and man learn to co-exist (Share the
Planet) in peace
and harmony. Graystone Ranch touches the lives of over 500,000 people
yearly, logs more than 150,000 education
hours and rescues over 3,000 animals yearly.
We are a group of likeminded individuals who wish to improve
our children's lives and our environment through animal education and
awareness. You also can be a part of a team. Please contact us if you
enjoy children, nature, and animals (from Aardvarks to Zebras - we do
it all).

"Another Success Story"

Whether you have one hour or one
hundred hours to dedicate, every second counts. Whether you desire to
work with animals and tour groups on the ranch (horses, reptiles,
etc.) or work with animals in your own home (bottle feed orphaned
babies), we need you. Let us know if you choose to participate in big
events (festivals, fairs, ranch groups over one hundred, etc.); we
will contact you for availability. What if your talents lie in
carpentry, welding, electrical etc., Graystone Ranch is an
ever-growing support habitat. There is not one talent a person
possesses we could not utilize.
A volunteer must be at least sixteen
years of age (with written permission) or enrolled in the program with
a parent. Over fifty percent of our voluntary staff is parent-child
combinations. What better way to share quality time with your child
while teaching them some of life's most important lessons. If you are
interested in our volunteer program please read Project
Animal Lifeline.

Let's face it, cash is always needed.
Few of us as Americans complete each month with the thought we have
too much money left over. We are all aware money is tight, especially
in today's economy. Cash is accepted into the general ranch fund to be
used as needed unless the donor desires to choose a particular needy
animal. Please visit our animals requiring your
assistance page, where we
share their personal stories, and the projects in progress. The most
difficult part of our commitment is choosing which rescued animals
will receive assistance and which will not. It is now your decision on
which animal or project will receive your assistance. Graystone Ranch
happily accepts one-dollar bills; folks, they add up!

Physical Needs
| Below is a brief list outlining some of
the items we need in order to educate the children and assist the
rescued animals. We can use any and everything - PLEASE don't throw it
out. Because it's not on the list doesn't mean we can't use it, it
simply means if we listed every single item we need, there would be no
room left for any other text (ha! ha!). |
